    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the Pro Website Co website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

    2. Services

    Pro Website Co provides custom website design and development services for tradespeople and small businesses in the United Kingdom. Our services include website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance as agreed in individual project contracts.

    3. Payments and Pricing

    • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to VAT where applicable.
    • Payment terms will be outlined in your individual project proposal.
    • Setup fees are due upon approval of the final design.
    • Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
    • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

    4. Project Process

    • Projects typically take 5-7 working days from receipt of all required content and materials.
    • You are responsible for providing accurate business information, images, and content.
    • Design revisions are included as specified in your package.
    • Final approval is required before your website goes live.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment:

    • You retain ownership of your business content, logos, and images.
    • The website design and code remain the property of Pro Website Co unless otherwise agreed.
    • We may display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

    6. Hosting and Maintenance

    • Hosting is provided as part of our monthly service packages.
    • We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
    • Regular backups are performed, but we recommend maintaining your own copies of important data.
    • Cancellation of hosting requires 30 days written notice.

    7. Satisfaction Guarantee

    We offer unlimited design revisions until you're happy with your website. If we cannot create a design you love, you will not be charged the setup fee. This guarantee does not apply to changes in project scope or requirements after initial approval.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Website Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

    9. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and truthful information about your business
    • Ensure you have the right to use any content, images, or materials you provide
    • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
    • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

    10. Termination

    Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be provided with a copy of your website files if requested. Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    12. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
